About Us

Hi, I am the owner and main sound engineer. I have made it my career to fix problems that most people don’t even know exist. Sound reinforcement can be complicated and technical but I strive to make everything easy and elegantly simple. I enjoy experiencing the world in rhythms and riffs; SOUND is everything to me.

Davis Thurston Productions is a company built on passion; I have had a lifelong interest in sound quality as a concert attendee and as a musician. As a bass player, guitar player and electronic music producer, I have always tuned into the mechanics behind the music. I know what it’s like to be on stage performing music and how essential a solid monitor mix can be. Since 2004, I have been working for and along side various production companies on all types of shows which has provided me aboutme2 with great insight into the business. I am an experienced theatrical and arena rigger as well as a lighting technician, designer and operator. This is of course in addition to sound engineering and audio recording which are my true focus. In 2006 I joined the band ‘The Ride’ as their traveling sound and lighting guy. I was even lucky enough to join the band as their bass player for the final year of the bands existence. This great experience caused me to start investing in high end equipment to produce the best sound I could. When the band dissolved in 2008, I had gear sufficient for the beginnings of a small audio company and the experience necessary to get started.

about me 1 Ten years after the purchase of those first pieces of equipment, I own and run a full-time production company. We are based in the Seacoast region of New Hampshire, where the bustling music scene keeps us busy, but serve all of New England and beyond. Our experience in event production and sound reinforcement has sent us across the country and on international travel, so there is no job too far! There is also no job too big or too small, if we can’t help you we will gladly point you in the direction of another highly qualified company. We have a great crew, top-of-the-line equipment and are committed to making sure you are satisfied with your next sound experience. We care about the enjoyment of music so we strive for sound that is crisp and clear, never too loud or distorted.
